Warm congratulations to Anqing Foreign Language School for her honor to win the Best Organization Award in the Municipal Primary& Secondary School Students’ Essay Competition with regard to the 80th anniversary of the Red Army’s Long March Victory.
In other news, so as to carry forward our traditional culture, motivate students’ interest in writing& calligraphy practice, cultivate their favorable writing habit as well as improve their abilities in writing standard, correct& tidy Chinese characters, in the third class on the afternoon of 20th October, the Grade 7 Chinese Lesson Preparation Group from Junior High Department in the east campus held the Standard Chinese Writing Competition with full participation of Grade 7 students.
During the contest, our students performed their tasks earnestly, regularly and meticulously. After twenty minutes, teachers were presented with exquisite and neat handwriting.
Moreover, all prizes were finalized after primary selection in each class and intensive appraisal in Grade 7.
Overall, not only did this Standard Chinese Writing Competition enrich students’ cultural life, but enhanced their awareness in standard writing as well.
